3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on qualified leads delivered according to your specifications. Current pricing ranges from $40-$60 per qualified lead depending on the service tier and advertising channels used.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service contract. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or refund at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience specifications
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of lead information

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlasmaShift's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and methodologies remain the property of PlasmaShift. Clients retain ownership of their business information and lead data.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
